OCTOBER

In October, the following London events are awaiting you : Halloween is celebrated in London with an array of themed events, from family activities at museums and attractions, to special menus in restaurants, and spooky London tours.

London Restaurant Festival is a month-long celebration of London’s top restaurants and celebrity chefs, offering special one-off menus and food-themed events.

Films are also on the menu this month thanks to the BFI London Film Festival, which attracts the biggest names in the movie industry.

NOVEMBER

Kicking off a season of festive fun activities for little kids and big kids is the Hyde Park Winter Wonderland, where ice-skating, toy stalls, Santa’s grotto and exciting rides await. (a 20 minutes walk from The Connaught and 15 minutes from Bulgari Hotel & Residences London)

The city also confirms its place amongst the best in the world for musical talent with the London Jazz Festival, a city-wide feast of performances from emerging and established jazz stars.

Petrol heads and classic car enthusiasts take over one of central London’s most iconic roads for the annual Regent Street Motor Show, the largest free show of its kind in the UK.  (Regent Street is a a 12 minutes walk from The Connaught and 13 minutes from Bulgari Hotel & Residences London)

DECEMBER

London’s shopping streets are decorated with sparkling Christmas lights, and the stores are full of gift hunters finishing off their Christmas shopping. Christmas markets also make a welcome appearance this month, offering charming crafts and excellent food, not to mention a festive atmosphere and plenty of warming mulled wine.

The seasonal nostalgia continues in Trafalgar Square, where the capital’s biggest Christmas tree glistens, donated each year as a gift from the city of Oslo. Carol services are held around the tree throughout the month.
